Douglas Duarte was allowed to film Congress during the impeachment process of President Dilma Rousseff and makes a mildly interesting documentary with the footage. However, It lacks detachment, impartiality and an artistic approach to make the film more dynamic and less boring.
In its 150 long minutes, it could have gone much deeper into a number of important situations. Instead, it stays on the surface and ends up being tedious, wasting a great deal of time on nonsense, empty conversations and third-rank leaders. As it is presented, it looks like amateur work.
